4 pre-made cinnamon buns (but not with cream cheese icing) sliced crosswise into 3 or 4 slices
2 eggs, scrambled
Milk - fresh or powdered
Oil for the frying pan
Instructions
Dip cinnamon buns into egg and milk mixture.
Fry over medium heat until lightly browned and cooked through.
Serve hot.
No syrup required- the buns are sweet enough!
This is our favourite breakfast for a weekend backcountry camp. We prepare it on the last morning while everyone else is eating their oatmeal. It garners a lot of attention!
